Our plant is federally registered as Establishment 0402 and operates seasonally from May to December, with a daily processing capacity of well over 100,000 lbs of raw material. It boasts a modern refrigerated seawater storage facility which is used to keep incoming live lobster healthy. We also recently added an on-site cold storage with the capacity to hold approximately 700 industrial block pallets of finished product.
