Sustainably harvested in Eastern Canada, our snow crab (Chionoecetes opilio) is a special delight that is sought-after around the world. Our cooked snow crab clusters are available in limited quantities. They are brine frozen to protect the meat from dehydration, accurately size graded and bulk packed under the Rocky Point® or packer brand. We have access to Southern Gulf of St-Lawrence (Zone 12) crab, as well as Cape Breton and Newfoundland.
