We offer HPP (High Pressure Processing) lobster products, the newest processing technology, allowing us to offer a complete range of frozen raw lobster meat with like-fresh flavor, texture, and guaranteed food safety. HPP delivers an extremely high-quality product. As there is no heat treatment, the innate flavor, texture and nutritional properties of the food are preserved.

Offered as a netted Whole Raw Lobster in-shell, the HPP process liberates the meat and facilitates both preparation and meat extraction. We also have innovative raw lobster meat packs such as 0.5 lb and 1 lb meat packs in various blends, TCKL or “Naked Lobster” as well as portion packs of twin tails (2T) or 2 claw-knuckles and tail (T+CK).
